Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy
1. Who you're buying from
These products are sold by Natalie ‘Tallie’ Henshaw, trading as The Clever B ® (part of The Business Unicorn) ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. Reach us any time at support@thecleverb.co.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By buying a digital product from us, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't complete your purchase. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.
3. What you're buying
Our products are digital, downloadable resources — guides, worksheets and similar materials (the "Products"). They're educational and informational. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) at checkout. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery is instant and digital. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll be taken to a download page and sent an email with access to your Products. Please keep that email — it's your access. If anything doesn't arrive, email support@thecleverb.co and we'll sort it quickly.
6. Your right to cancel — and why it doesn't apply once you've accessed the download
For most online purchases, UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you 14 days to change your mind. Digital products delivered immediately are the exception. By completing your purchase — and ticking the consent box at checkout — you ask us to give you access immediately, and acknowledge that once access begins you lose the 14-day right to cancel.

Because you get it instantly, you're agreeing you don't get the usual 14-day "change your mind" window once you've opened it. That's exactly what the tick-box at checkout is for.
7. Refunds
Because the Products are digital and delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once you've accessed them. We're upfront about that rather than burying it. But if something is genuinely wrong — a broken or corrupt file, the wrong product, missing content, or you never received access — contact us and we'll fix or replace it promptly. Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights if a Product is faulty or not as described.

No refunds once you've opened it — but if a file's broken, missing or wrong, tell me and I'll fix or replace it. Anything genuinely faulty is always covered.
8. What you can and can't do with the Products (licence & copyright)
The Products and all their content are owned by The Clever B and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for yourself. You may not share, forward, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or copy the Products for anyone else; use them to create a competing product; or use them commercially (e.g. to train, coach or deliver to your own clients) without our written permission.

9. No guarantee of results
Our Products share strategies, frameworks and ideas — they're educational, not a promise. Results depend on you, your business and plenty we can't control. Nothing here is financial, legal or other professional advice, and we don't guarantee any particular outcome.
10. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Products, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
11. Changes
We may update, improve or withdraw Products over time. If we materially change these terms, the updated version will be posted here.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
